We have now added two new licensing options that will hopefully make our licensing even more targeted to your exact needs and money saving by buying only what you need.  We also have lowered our overall pricing as well which will save you money and hopefully make Netlearn easier for all to afford.

I have been working with DotNetNuke (DNN) since its first release back in 2002 and I have seen its ups and its downs over the years. My review here will be straight forward and with as little bias as I can manager since I am human and I do love the product.

My History with DNN: I was originally working on a CMS/Portal solution that would be a retail product for my company’s client using the (then) newly release ASP.Net IBuySpy Portal. While researching and posting in ASP.Net’s forums I like many ran across Shaun Walker’s post about an Open Source idea for taking the IBuySpy portal to the next and much better level. At first I like many others were skeptical about the idea of doing a CMS as open source and how it could fit into our business model. So I waited to see what he came out with while continuing forward on our own solution. However, when Shaun released his first build I was blown away. His ideas were simple and great!

The first things I noticed was the fact that he moved management inline within the site itself and not in a ugly, totally unable to be visualized, admin section like the original IBuySpy Portal had and the same as every Portal/CMS I had every used. All of them had one flaw (a flaw I didn’t know about until I saw Shaun’s release), the admin is in a backend where you make changes, and then have to browse the front end to see the change. This is slow, tedious, and causes many design issues as you cannot see the change until you look with a different browser. What Shaun did was move this all inline within the site and it was brilliant. It was not as slick as it is today, but we all saw the vision. By simply adding arrows to the module wrappers, putting a dropdown list of modules, and an edit pencil next to everything (including the tabs), it created a new beast, one well worth adopting and helping with. That was when I was first converted to DNN and I have never considered jumping ship since as I have not found a solution that is nearly as good as DNN. I like many others started sharing ideas with Shaun and over time DNN took shape.

I have downloaded the latest build of Windows 7 Ultimate RC 7100 and used it to upgrade my HP TouchSmart (TX2z) laptop from Vista Premium Home to Windows 7.  The installation went very smooth and I had no issues when upgrading.  Once upgrades I logged in and was very happy with the many new Desktop features...

As most people know Twitter is a great way to reach out to people throughout the world and share what you are doing.  For businesses this is an invalueable tool for sharing what you are doing, make announcements, offer support, and more. I believe

Wow, we finally got it out the door and it is looking incredible! Our new reporting system is about as full features as a reporting system can get without getting bogged down in manucia in the way that other systems have. With the ease of use that has only been seen in MS Access Reports but the power of Crystal...

We have added a new section to our site that addresses the new Learning 2.0 world we live in and how our solution fulfills these needs. One of the great advantages of working with DotNetNuke as our underlying Portal/CMS is that it comes out of the box with most of the tools and services that make up the Learning 2.0 concept...
